Steve Ross is a nationally recognized intellectual property lawyer and the Managing Member MAXUS Legal. With over twenty-five years of experience, he skillfully represents clients in protecting and defending their intellectual property rights. His practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation in federal courts.

Steve is a native Texan and a third-generation lawyer. He and his wife, Katherine, have lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for over thirty years, and they are the proud parents of two daughters. When he is not working, Steve likes to hunt and fish and follow college sports.
